Yeastar Linkus UC Clients supports instant messaging features which allows employees to connect with each other no matter where they are. These instant messaging features can be utilised to send rich messages such as files and links so that employees can easily collaborate on projects.
To start a chat, you have to locate your coworkers in the extension list, where you also can create chat groups for different teams and projects. The chat histories are auto-synced across the Linkus UC Clients and can be accessed from virtually any device that users use.
Instant Video Conferencing
The Linkus Web Client’s intuitive Video Conferencing interface allows users to create and host web-based meetings without the need for third-party applications. Participants can join a scheduled meeting via a unique link. The integrated video conferencing interface also features collaboration tools such as file sharing and screen sharing.
Linkus Chrome Extension Click-to-Dial
The Linkus Google Chrome Extension allows you to handle business calls without opening your Linkus Web Client. The software identifies telephone numbers appearing on the Google Chrome web browser and converts them into clickable links for easy dialing. The extension will also display call pop-ups, so you do not miss any important calls.
Monitor and Manage Calls
Equipped with Queue Panel and Wallboard interfaces, the Linkus Web Client allows you to monitor and manage calls to maximise efficiency. The Queue panel is equipped with drag-and-drop operations to fine-tune your call flow. When there is a call jam, the manager can easily drag waiting calls to available agents. Managers can also right-click on the call to monitor a call and guide agents while they have conversations with the customer.
